Order a repeat prescription
Please note we do not take prescription requests over the phone. Prescription requests can take up to 5 working days to process at the practice. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your request to be processed and sent to your local chemist of choice.
Prescriptions requested more than 10 days prior to their due date will not be processed (For exceptional circumstances please contact the surgery)

Please ensure the following details are including in the email or there may be unnecessary delays in processing the request.
- Name
- Date of birth
- Contact number (in the event of a query relating to the request)
- Name of each medication required and strength if known
- Name of local chemist where the request should be sent
Alternatively, you can order at the Practice by either
- Ticking the right hand sheet of the prescription form that is returned to you by your pharmacy when you collect your prescriptions
- Fill out one our our prescription request forms at the counter; or
- Write your name, date of birth and required medication(s) clearly on a piece of paper
Any of these can then be placed in the red repeat prescription request box situated outside the Ochilview Practice entrance (to the right of the door as you enter)
